Last night I had the pleasure of participating in the “Women in the Arts” gala concert at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC with the National Symphony Orchestra. There were numerous special performances – Dianne Reeves sang “Misty,” Patti LaBelle sang “Over The Rainbow” and KD Lang debuted a new original that was amazing, among others. Lily Tomlin was hilarious as emcee, and the First Lady was in attendance.
