line

I’m trying a new thing today. For those of you that have no interest in the intricacies and minutiae of jazz piano, you can skip this video tutorial. But it is quite brief, so you may want to check it out anyway! Hope your days is beautiful and productive. Peace, PM!

That’s what I’m talking about! A couple more of these and no more trips to Chi-town!

SO, you techno-ize your family when you’re not touring?

I’ll have J work on those skills this weekend…!

Hello Peter, these 2 min. lessons are a gift to me!Im a 60 plus, vocalist,ex pro drummer who has been wanting to ‘cross over’ to keys for years.Im inspired!
Question: pianos: temporarily stuck with a digital piano board,we are on the move, just when i need to practice a lot!Can you tolerate any of the digital boards for practicing? I had a yamaha p250 which was sort of o k ,then b/c of gigs now have a Roland fp4,samples are ok through headphones action is a little shallow I think. My other attempt to have something near a real piano was to use a software virtual piano again, not much mind/ body integration, but at least there are more dynamics.
Last time a played a real piano was on a Norwegian ferry 6 nights a week, using fake books!Im off to practice.thanks,Chas
